Our Team
James Dickey, Esq.
Co-Founder
James Dickey earned his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2021 and has been licensed by the State Bar of Texas since April 2022 (Bar #24120135). He's a member of the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar, and he focuses on estate planning, probate, and business succession law. James has helped more than 50 families across The Woodlands area protect their assets and plan for the future. The firm is a member of the Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and the Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber. Outside the office, he and Mireya are active leaders at The Woodlands First. His commitment to client education and transparent communication means every family understands their legal options and feels confident in their decisions.
Mireya Dickey, Esq.
Co-Founder
Mireya Dickey earned her J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2021 and has been licensed by the State Bar of Texas since October 2021 (Bar #24120013). She's a member of the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar and is passionate about helping families protect their legacies. As a fluent Spanish speaker, she provides full legal counsel in both English and Spanish — not just translation. Together, James and Mireya have served more than 50 families across North Houston. Dickey Law Group is a member of the Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and the Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber. Outside the office, they're active leaders at The Woodlands First. From consultation through signing, every client gets personalized attention and compassionate guidance.
